Support for your security transformation projects: requirements gathering, functional specifications, vendor management, delivery oversight. Advisory role, not technical execution.
Governance, risk and compliance
Security policy definition, risk analysis and treatment, ISMS aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, preparation for compliance audits. Certification underway.
