Data collected

This site collects no personal browsing data. No third-party cookies, no external analytics, no Google fonts. The only collection is the pilot application form (name, organisation, email) transmitted directly by email.

Purpose and legal basis

Pilot form data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, solely to respond to your application.

Retention period

Applications are kept for a maximum of 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object. Exercise these rights at [email protected].

Hosting and sub-processors

The site runs on our own servers at Hetzner Online GmbH, in Finland. Three providers are involved. We would rather name them than imply there are none: — Hetzner (Germany, servers in Finland): hosting. — Cloudflare (United States): DDoS protection and delivery. It terminates the encrypted connection, so it sees visitor requests and IP addresses. — Google (United States): mail relay for messages sent through the contact and application forms. No analytics, no trackers, no cookies. The site sets none, which you can verify in your browser tools.
